Giving Four ratings because I ordered red color casual kurti but I received pink colour. However this is also too good. The fabric is very good even for the summers. The fit and the overall product was what I had expected. Easy to order and payment purchase.

I had to return an outfit due to its unsatisfactory quality and appearance. I have given Haya 1 star, but their customer service was excellent, prompting a refund after confirming the mistake.

Ordered 7 items in January 23rd and have received all of them by the deadline promised by Haya. Great customer service experience. All 7 items have been received and all are gorgeous as shown in the catalog except for one was poorly done. So for this reason I gave 4 stars as but it was a wonderful experience.

I purchased a Salwar Kameez. The fabric and colors are good. But the sizing of the Salwar Kameez was slightly off and didn't fit me well. otherwise all good.

The delivery was faster than expected and the package was well-packaged. The material was as described, but slightly tighter than expected. The customer was satisfied with the experience and may order one size up next time.
