Order Cancellation
Our customer can cancel within 24 hours of purchasing, If you want to cancel the order within 24 hours of the purchase, we will refund 100% of the amount within 2-5 business days to the same payment method you used at checkout.
If you want to cancel the order after 24hrs you will have to pay 10% as bank payment processing charges from your total order amount.
We do not provide any cancellation if order is in processing and your products are received. We don't provide any refunds for the same.
Returns:
- If you have received a product that appears to be damaged or different from what you ordered, you can email us or contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- To return a product you need to send us a return request on support@hayacloset.com or whatsapp. Please make sure to send request with image of the product and digital invoice/bill of the product.
- Return request must be made within 2 days of receipt of purchase/ delivery.
- To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your product must be in the original packaging.
- Custom made/stitched clothing, including standard and custom stitched salwar kameez, readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom or readymade blouse are NOT returnable & exchangeable because they are stitched for the customer.
- You have to send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags in the same package within 7 days. Returns reported beyond 7 days are not eligible.
- Once your request is approved, we will inspect the received product and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately inform you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account in about 4-5 working days.
- We will not refund the custom duties, shipping cost, taxes.
- At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
Color and Description Discrepancy
The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. HayaCloset.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.
Embellishment related Issues
Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off. Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
