Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment Processing Time
All the orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Due to any circumstances if shipments are delayed for few days, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. And for any such delays we will inform you via email or telephone.
Personalized (custom) orders take 3-4 days to create and deliver because they are made-to-order.
Shipment Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed on our website.
Shipment and tracking details:
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
