Ordered 7 items in January 23rd and have received all of them by the deadline promised by Haya. Great customer service experience. All 7 items have been received and all are gorgeous as shown in the catalog except for one was poorly done. So for this reason I gave 4 stars as but it was a wonderful experience.

My only concern is that there are sometimes many delays in getting purchased items delivered. I have had several e-mails about delays in production of a lengha I purchased and a salwar kameez. But I have to say, so far, the delays were well worth the wait. Every single Salwar Kameez and Lengha were absolutely gorgeous.
